I've been working in social media since 2011, working at various fantastic agencies in Yorkshire before launching Little Mesters in 2020. We have grown from 1 person to a team of 6 and specialise in paid and organic social, bringing brands to life with sharp creative and strong technical execution.

I studied at PR and Media at Sheffield Hallam University after realising Sheffield University and Economics was not for me (I could not do the maths!).

I spent a brilliant few months at an internship with 20/20 (now Jaywing) dipping my toes into big agency life. I then had an amazing opportunity working on the social media for Team GB at London 2012.

After that I was part of a great team at Umpf in Leeds where I worked on numerous award winning campaigns and honed in on social media as a focus. After nailing down more experience in content planning, strategy and influencer relations I moved to Engage Interactive to do more of the same.

In 2019 I moved back to Sheffield to start a role as Head of Digital at Content OD (now OD Create), this is where I had the misfortune of meeting Iain. I've been a regular contributor and advocate of local events, helping out with Leeds Digital Festival, Sheffield Digital Festival and attending meet ups. So I was more than happy to help Iain with some initial event support. Now with Little Mesters we are supporting Content Club far more broadly.
